What would happen to their body if someone in excellent physical condition deliberately ate a massive caloric surplus, like 1k-2k calories a day, while doing like 5 hours of exercises that involve strength a lot but aren't weight lifting, like rock climbing or something?

I'm aware this is stupid, this is just a hypothetical I thought of reading one of those things about someone who got really fat.

First of all, all of their excess muscle mass wil be eaten. Next is any excess fat.

Their energy levels will be fucked and if their nutrition isn't on point they'll have frequent near or complete black outs.

Oh and anything outside of that one activity will be considered subconsciously and consciously as a drain and waste of energy so they'll be a complete log that only eats that minimum of food when not doing it and resting to conserve energy.

Their heartrate will drop and many health markers will improve drastically. But overall they will live a miserable existence. A short one if they fuck up during a highly technical and energy costly and dangerous activity.

Read up on those starvation experiments from WW2 and the experiences of athletes and bodybuilders who went through heavy dieting. The former might be more interesting because the latter oft takes drugs.

Rip & Tear is pretty hype. I've likely burnt myself on the soundtrack though as I listened to it all summer. Trying to blast it on heavy squats today wasn't as good as I thought it would be.

MGR ost is pretty good as well, but same as DOOM for me.

I have it. No injury, so PT thinks it was possibly caused by a poor posture and overactive traps (there are some spasm in right side, where I do have problem).
Exercising something by Kaltenborn to deal with with blockades and SM system (possibly called spiral stabilization in English) to deal with posture and a slight scoliosis.

Not sure if go into kundalini yoga or hatha yoga.

Hatha yoga seems to be more flexibility stretching inclined while kundalini yoga also has that but it's more meditative inclined and less flexibility stretching.

But I still know nothing and there's so much new age and misinformation shit on yoga that I still don't know where to start. Classes are stupid expensive too.
