How long would it take for squats to start damaging knees? Does the weight matter? Would 1pl8 really cause any damage?

I'm kind of scared as my left knee is clicking/popping when I jog/walk downstairs except I might add that there is no pain at all. But it's not something I've had before until recently. So I'm boiling it down to squats even though im sure I'm practicing proper form.

The reason we think farms are shitty is because we empathize with them, we forget the standard they live in naturally. Constantly being hunted, looking for food, water, mates.

While in a farm, they are just about guaranteed to live to over half their life expectancy and food, water and mates are all supplied to them.

Standard life for in a farm vs standard in the wild the farm life is far better.

Compact farms are shitty for the animals but require far less deforestation, still better than wild life.

If you decide your just going to stay out of it, then your letting unethical meat producing farms win over free range ethical farms.

Yeah, they emphasize completely the wrong things, death isn't that bad as long as they live well, and outside American and Chinese industrialized farming, farm animals generally do live good lives.

The more compelling argument, is of course the environmental one. That is however really only a small subset of husbandry (namely cattle) and the approach to veganism, i.e. turning everyone vegan is in turn terrible from a conservationism standpoint.

If money wasn't involved with our indoor farms we could build many levels of a building upwards, instead of outwards and cause mote deforestation. Just one gigantic building, that you continue to build up when you need more production of the goods. Strategically place like 10 of these buildings around the country and world and we can be able to withstand any environmental disaster that could impact our outdoor grows. I.e. ice age, volcanic winter, etc.etc.

Definitely continue strength training in the correct fashion, as you can't be fast/explosive without developing the right muscles. Generally, the late summer/ early fall is used to build up a base so that the transition to the track is a smooth one. Fartleks are a decent workout early on, as are hill reps with good form, and really any timed interval that is achievable with very little rest (i.e. 600 m repeats @ 2:02 with 90 sec rest)

Now that my favorite imageboard is dead for a while I have a moment to talk to you

Do you western people know ways to widen the shoulder bones? Let me explain. You've probably met people that haven't excercised a shit in their life, still have V-shaped body only beacuse of their genetics. They don't have muscles, but their shoulders is way wider than hips.

I don't want to sompensate my girly genetics by lifting and growing muscles because I have to eat disgusting chicken breast and tonns of food in general.

So do you have examples in your life when someone changed their body type from straight line to V-shape?

I'm doing pullups every two day and special excercises by very promising but pracarious method of respiratory pull-overs. I'm doing this for 1 year? pulluping even for 5 years, and it's not helping. Here's a picture one year ago
