Hey, /fit/.

What kind of body strength would a 150-pound 18-year-old female need to accomplish this kind of a stunt? It would appear that she manages to make the leap in one go in this picture as well; the artist of this comic is known for leaving out integral details such as whatever the fuck is going on.

Also, let's assume that she has dedicated the better part of, say, six to nine months to a workout regimen that would allow for this sort of stunt to be accomplished. Would she be athletically fit, or would she be chubby? Because she's chubby.

take up rock climbing and bouldering, a lot of this comes down to technique and also a ton of grip strength

how achievable this is in 6 months training depends on the building face id say, but i think it's doable

bodyfat is obviously a big nono for climbing since it's just extra weight to carry up, so no she wouldnt be chubby

You'd need to train gymnastics, acrobatics, parkour, and ninja warrior for years to even approach this.

Really though if you do anything from crossfit to a simple weight lifting regimen for a bit, maybe add a bit of gymnastics on weekends, and eat well, you'd be very happy with what you can accomplish and you may even think 'i could do that if i reeeealy tried, I just dont want to hurt myself'.

You're still young and you have at least 4 years left in which you can make phenomanal gains (provided you have the discipling). In 4 years of hard work you could theoretically become the top 2% of all women athletes, but you probably will never backflip off a 3rd story ledge.

quick question, /fit/, I weighed myself 3 days ago, in the morning right after waking up and taking a piss and I came in at 207.0
This morning I did the same thing and I weighed in at 211.4

What the hell happened? I know I eat ~2000 calries per day and I run for 30 minutes everyday and I do 5x5 and a set of crunches, sit-ups, etc

How the hell could I have possibly gained 3 pounds?

I only have pic related.

I dont know what to do so I'm going to do OHP, deadlifts, pull ups, push ups and alternate dl with rows sometime.

I thought about building my routine to be similar to SS, something like

A
OHP
Deadlift
Pull ups
B
Push ups(gonna do the with weight, and increase it)
Deadlifts
Pull ups

This would be for the first weeks then I would alternate dls with rows.

And I would alternate push ups and OHP the same as in SS with bench and ohp

Thoughts /fit/?

I have no idea about programming so I post hoping that some wise fitizen could give me his opinion

If I squat now the only thing that happens is that I cant use my glutes at all, and my psoas start doing all the job then they hurt.

Started this week, it's not as bad as I thought, was worried about the squats but just make sure you stretch and stuff and you'll be ready to squat the other days, also

It doesn't take long to do all 3 excersises, you can add some accesories

Hey. Just joined my highschool swim team after 13 years of only summer league. (Don't worry, I'm 18.) I'm not fat by any means, but I'm not super skinny, and I'm ready to start putting on muscle. Any tips you have to make this season not hell? (Diet, pre/post practice workout, chlorine, etc.)

I was down to about 64kg at 6ft from 72 at 5'10r before going oversees. Now that I've got back I'm 69kg at 6ft (with better muscle mass than before.) I'm looking for aesthetics mostly, so with that in mind would it be better to cut back down to minimum bf or start putting on muscle now doing bodyweight exercises.
