I've had this small black pebble like thing under the skin of my penis for awhile. my motivation is remembering the feeling 2 months ago when I decided at the age of 25 to run my first 5K. I could barely do it in 40 minutes.
I felt like a piece of shit. Now I can do it in 30 minutes, I also started lifting 1 month ago and feel great.
All I need is remember that night at the stadium, looking at the red concrete and barely catching my breath with the clock showing 40+ minutes.
