Day 2 so far, feeling motivated, my routine today was
5x5 30kg barbell bicep curl
5x5 10kg overhead dumbbell twist
5x5 28kg overhead barbell press
5x5 12.5kg dumbbell bicep curl

is this ok for a day's session? I feel like I should do more but fatigue. Tried to focus on bicep and shoulder today, I own a bench and 70+kg weights.

How long does it take to start noticeably losing weight on a 1200 calorie and below diet when your normal diet was at least 3000+?

I've been doing basic body weight exercises for over a week now and want something a little more challenging, I would like to have more defined arms and legs but don't have access to a gym, I don't own any equipment or anything so the less equipment required the better.

Could you bros make a full routine with rest days (If needed) for a skelly trying to gain some mass, the sooner the better, I do not care if I have to do it every day for 6 months, I want to make it bros.

If you can't lose weight on keto then you're damned sure not going to lose it "normally".

All diets are abnormal anon.
They are short term things to lose a ton of weight fast and if you do it wrong you'll end up losing weight instead of fat mass and fuck everything up.

Just eat more protein but really cut back on both carbs and fat.
Keep hydrated take a multi and eat fuck tons of veg. And when you're a bit tired eat a fruit to get some quick energy.
