I was down to about 64kg at 6ft from 72 at 5'10r before going oversees. Now that I've got back I'm 69kg at 6ft (with better muscle mass than before.) I'm looking for aesthetics mostly, so with that in mind would it be better to cut back down to minimum bf or start putting on muscle now doing bodyweight exercises.
If anything underneath, cut and enjoy your visible abs for a week or two. Can still make noob gains
Otherwise bulk and lift heavy

>cut or bodyweight exercises
Neither, you dyel turd. BULK AND LIFT WEIGHTS
pmsl YOU SHOULD FUCKING LIFT

Not an option for me. Bodyweight fitness is all i can do

Why? Well, if you don't have a choice, then enjoy your nogains. You can get more in shape by doing calisthenics, but if you car about aesthetics it's the wrong way to go about it.
It'll be a slow process and you'll only see a fraction of the gains that you'd get by actually going to the gym and lifting heavy.

never going to make it
That feel when I dont lift because my calves are atrophied and won't respond much and I would look worse with the asymmetry if I got big
So I just do bodyweight too, I'm not as scrawny as OP though as it actually worked for me - I may not be /fit/, but at least I'm still fit

There is nothing for you to cut down to. Bulk, it is almost winter season anyway.

Alright fine

What's your routine? I need something to do while I look for weights/a gym
