Finally i found soultion to my fucked up intesties. Its bsically already digested and now i eat junk food combined with 1 kilogram of kefir. I put a lot of size because i can eat shit loadas of calories and my digestion is 10/10 so i get leaner as well. Not to mention my libio is better. Intesties are called a second brain and healthy digestion is key to puting lean mass.
Kefir is literally god tier I usually chug 1/4 to half a litre before bed every night.

I have read around and I plan to start a 5x5 workout. However I am very very weak and I shall probably have to use the bar in my first workouts. How would I perform warmup sets in my first week if I'm using the bar in my final set of that exercise? Would I just do a similar exercise with dumbells?
