Does anyone test people to see if they're worthwhile to befriend at the gym?
Personally I pretend to be DYEL and ask people for "advice" on my routine and how to deadlift and squat.
If they give good advice I know it might be worth speaking to them further.
If they give retarded advice I safely conclude they're an idiot and I can gain nothing from speaking with them so I nod, agree and ignore them from then on.

It seems that even living an unhealthily prone lifestyle I'm still at least average strength and I don't wanna lower protein intake too much either.

been wondering a while why I'm not shitting as much as I used to. The past few months I ate about 3300 kcal/day and pooped 3 times a day, once after I woke up, once after breakfast (smaller), and once after lunch
Now on the same diet I poop once a day, MAYBE twice, and they're both small whereas before they were pretty big

Why don't people bulk in during the summer and cut over the winter.
Pros: in cold weather your body will slightly increase BMR to compensate.
If you finish your cut in the winter you will end up looking lean at the beginning of summer.
Bulking during the summer time is goat because you can go full chad mode and eat pizza with your friends.

Instead i recommend a push/pull routine with a caloric deficit (calculate your caloric demand and weight your fucking meals lazy fuck) where you go for heavy sets with like ~5-6 reps
