How do I become weak and soft as a kitten?
It seems that even living an unhealthily prone lifestyle I'm still at least average strength and I don't wanna lower protein intake too much either.

Eat less than 50g of protein a day. If you're skinny and want to be "softer", you need to bulk up a tiny bit. Obviously don't do any exercise. Also

how do you all miss that I specifically state that not eating a lot and living a prone lifestyle are not working well enough?
Most good ways to atrophy muscle will also make you look like/feel like shit, OP. But if you are determined then get a drug habit, and starve yourself followed by binging. Eat the minimum amount of protein to not get sick. Do literally no physical activity, stay in a wheelchair if possible.
