I used to come here to get motivation to lift and improve myself but the board culture has completely shifted from "we're all gonna make it" to a bunch of autistic betas complaining about literally everything. I want to be strong. But I am literally too weak to exercise.

When I do push ups (can't do more than 10)
I can't use my arms for a whole week (therefore can't do push ups)

When I do crunches
My back hurts like hell because my abs are so weak, that my lower back muscles do their work (therefore doing crunches does not increase my strength, only helps grow the pain)

When I squat
Well I can squat 20 reps with 4 kilo weights in each hand, is that good? (probably not, maybe for a 10 y/o girl. but I am not a 10 y/o girl)
