Jesus christ you just put it in perspective for me. Looking back on my first month of lifting, kinda wanna laugh at myself haha.

Incorporate some back lifts, I personally love barbell rows, wide grip lat PDs and straight arm pull downs. Keep lifting OP, you'll make it.

I'm doing SS but I only do squats on "day A" and instead do OHP every workout. Removed bent over rows because I'm a pussy. Also do planks at the end of every gym session.
