What to do if your parents are gains goblins?

>Won't let me sleep enough to recover normally(they go to sleep at like 11 pm and are up by 6 being loud AF, so even if I sleep at the same time as them it's not enough)

Do voice heightening drills.

Harmonize your singing voice with high pitch singers and imitate high pitch talkers.

First, gargle salt water before you do this. Then, find your limit of a pitch you can match. Imitate someone talking or harmonize with singing that hits that pitch. Do this in sets. Do 5 reps for every set, and about 5 sets per workout. In between sets, gargle salt water. When you're done for the day, either eat ice cream or just ice if you don't want the calories, to prevent injury.

Repeat. Over a few workouts of doing this, you'll notice that your range is much higher. As you learn to control your pitch with ease, implement higher talking into some conversations casually for practice. Eventually, it will just be natural.
