Hi /fit/, I would love some advice or motivation. Background is that for nearly a decade of my life I had a severe ED (started with AN and moved to BN later). I went to inpatient and made a full recovery from the ED (every now and then I will have a bad day, but its rare), however I am terrified of relapsing. Back then I was obsessed with doing cardio, so every time I begin to start working out more now, I am afraid of becoming obsessed with it and backtracking to develop an ED again. Right now I weigh more than I ever have before (I am a 5'4" gril at 150 lb) and I want to get in shape / lose a little bit of weight, but I feel like this fear is holding me back. Those years were some of the worst of my life and to regress that way would be devastating for me. My main question is if anyone else can relate to this or if anyone has advice on how to get over this fear (preferably without going back to therapy or anything). Ty for reading.

By limiting yourself, you have already went towards relapsing. Relapses occur way before you go back to the primary, dysfunctional behavior. Go back to therapy. If you an issue it, examine why. Was it with a therapist you didn't establish rapport with? What about seeing an actual psychologist instead of therapist?

Hey, a FAT here, what is the best way to train chest/abdomen in a easy way, whenever I do push-ups my joins ache like all hell and I can't use my hands for a good while, what other methods are there besides push-ups or sit-ups?

And on another related note, how important is heart rate for burning of calories? A friend of mine says that heart rate is the only important thing when it comes to weight loss and not how hard you do something

I have done that for like 2 years, I used to bike every day until I met my first goal, then I biked every day until I reached my second goal, but I am still fat considering that some of my fat just turned into weird skin that is hanging,

How do I get bigger wrists?

I was walking on the sidewalk and ahead of me were these two fully stylemaxxed chicks, clad with /fa/ approved "fits" from head to toe and they had the certain holier-than-thou aura that comes package-dealt with that particular lifestyle. From a distance the taller one pointed at something that was on me, but I could not quite make out what it was (I figured it might have been my jeans which might not have been /fa/ approved), while the other looked at her with a gesture of derision as if to say, "Ugh, you deal with him, not me!' As we cross paths the taller one looks me straight in the eyes and says, and I kid you not, this was verbatim, I'm not paraphrasing anything: "Just fucking LOL at your wrists, boyo..." as the other tilted her head semi-playfully to complete the thought, "It's over! It's over!"

Before I had the chance to even react to this WTF moment the taller one took the other by the hand and tugged her along forward. Like in a "we don't have time for this foo, let's go" kinda way.
