Can anyone explain this? Quite paranormal...

>be hitting the gym pretty hard, 80kg (abut 78 without creatine)

>all i do is play WoW and eat shit food
>don't lift at all there, get hammered twice a week
>come back to the gym
>83kg (only started using creatine again yesterday)
>seem fuller and bigger, most muscular pose has delts popping and abs kind of visable (never had abs before)
>my strength has not dropped that much (went from doing 10 reps of 60kg lat pulldown, to 8 reps of 60kg)

Somehow I've got leaner, fuller and 5kg heavier by being a neet?

Only thing I can think of is scale is way off and I've just lost weight eating shit food, which is plausible considering I had two meals a day, and was fasted for roughly 20 hours a day.

I was convinced my ass/legs were too big compared to my upper body, most of it's just genetics cause it's been like this from young.

So all of u told me to stick to big heavy upperbody compounds and go lightweight baby for legs. Now after 1+ year of sticking with this advice, I noticed my ass and legs look even thiccer than before thanks to all the hypotrophy, and have made minimal upper body gains, benching only 255 now

I get all my exercise indoors anyway so the time of year changes literally nothing in how I stay /fit/.
But I do enjoy the comfy darkness and fresh air of winter. Good for mental health gains.

Add in curls and dips. And any other isolations they wanna do which they think are fun. As long as they do the other shit first adding a bunch of work they enjoy will make them ore likely to stick with the program.

Get them doing a load of conditioning if you can as well. Supersetting dumbbell accessories in a circuit with lowish weight for several minutes until they're sucking air will really help them with their respective sports.

I have been doing intermittent fasting since the 2nd. In the process, I have gained like 2 kg. This period included a 48 hour fast followed by eating every other day. I quit last night when I weighed myself and was heavier.

What the fuck is going on? I read that people usually eat 15% more on their eating days, but I must be eating twice as much.

I think it's time to kms. I'm going to be obese forever.
