How long will it take to be like Saitama?
You'll look slightly more defined than an absolute DYEL at best.

I do a modified version of that, 10km rowing, lifting (compounds with pullups and root climbing and shit) like my life depends on it. Every single day (with one day of to recover and rest.)

and i bet people did this as well
Probably 3 months.

pushups work whole upper body
situps are good core exercise
squats are amazing lower body exercise
running is also great for your health and fitness
throw in some pullups and youre good to go
>>39015063
more like chest, triceps, core, cardio
10km running won't really do much to how your legs look
>aiming for dyel mode
>not aiming for puri puri mode
>10x10 weighted push ups
>10x10 barbell squats
sounds like gains

10km (6 miles) every days is rough for beginners.
Like crazy hard even, and god forbids you from having chin-split
>>39015410
how many inmates do i have to rape to reach puri puri mode?
This isn't that hard of a workout actually. You would burn fat but your abs would look like shit, regular sit ups aren't enough resistance. The muscle gains made from the push ups would be mitigated by the local no run. 100 no weight squats is just bad for your knees with no benefit. Get the fuck out weeb

Not long, just the split without sprinting its not a big deal, after 1 month of baby steps I ended up doing 200 of each , 50x4 sets in about an hour.
the 10km running tought , I sprinted 3km every 3 days, 10 its too much for me, but really its the only thing that makes you look ripped since you low your body fat with that.

His routine will only get you bald nothing else.
>>39015861
I'm already bald so I'm half way there, right?

All of them.

whats the differece between a squat and a situp?
100 doesn't seem that much, hell, Think I could do 100 pushups if i'm allowed to have 3 or 5 rests between them.
10 km would take my whole morning though, I can jog that in about 60-80 minutes.
