Personally I think that one of the very few legitimate reasons to not exercise is if you are literally working 24/7 to better humanity through your mind, and want to make your big breakthrough ASAP. And if he can work faster with sugary energy drinks, then he can.
It just seems to me that not everyones goals revolve around physical ability, and some people might priotise things differently to you.

So, for about a month and a half now, I've changed my way of life from being a fat slob to being a productive fatty trying to lose weight. I've downloaded a calorie counter and read the sticky, but my main question is will I die if I eat less than 1000 calories a day? My meals are salads with no dressing, fruits, veggies, lean meats, etc. My recommended calorie intake is 2395, and I have never hit above 1200 in these past few weeks. Just worried I will die, but I also don't want to eat more, it makes me feel fat. I am 18, and used to be 240 at 6', and I'm 221 now, for anyone who's interested. It's not even a cut for you, it'd be a body recomp. I meal prep every week, eat 2 meals a day with a light breakfast you do the same and you'll lose weight while gaining some strength.
Loose skin? Yeah you could end up with it, at 220 6' you'd probably never fill all your skin out, because its not really possible to get that big. But I mean if you asked me if I'd rather be ripped with a bit of loose skin in my gut, or fat as fuck. Gimmi the skin.
