It doesn't matter. Get on any well rounded linear progression program. You have a lot of gains to be made before you need to worry about micro managing the individual lifts.

Hypertrophy is really something that depends on volume. Usually deadlifts are done for singles or triples or sets of 5. The volume is kept low so the weight is kept high.

I'm fine with signing up for the gym, going every day and running too, I am.

L-Arginine is the shit, take 5-10 grams a day, try taking them between meals (3 hours after a meal and 1hour before).
Good for boners, you're pumped all the time, veins popping, good for the cardiovascular health, brain gains, and it can significantly boost HGH production if taken at higher doses (around 30g)
The only problem is that it comes in small doses, like 1gram per dose. Just buy it in powder form, a hundred times cheaper that way.
