Just do weight lifting, it burns a bunch of calories in less time than your picture.

I currently weigh about 230 pounds and I want to know how I can lose 40 and have a more toned body, my body isn't bad since im tall but I am insecure about my man tits and overall figure, just want to slim down. What has worked best for you when losing weight and getting that more ideal body shape in? I don't care about a six pack at all really I'm young and have the rest of my life for that, just want to walk more confident is all.

Fit I work 15 days on 6 days off, mostly staying in hotels with super shitty gyms, so I cant keep doing SL like I have been without big breaks. So I need something that can take advantage of my unlimited free time for 6 days, then I would do what ever I could, even if its just calisthenics to maintain when im working. I was looking at PPL and others, just wanted to get some more opinions.
could you get a chain gym membership and find one nearby
hello
>>39771606
a chain gym?
what causes black people armpits?
I noticed when I workout a lot and then don't take a shower for a few days my natural body odor starts smelling like black people.
Not trying to be racist or anything, but that's the only way to describe it, like the scent when you get too close to a black guy. Anyone else have the same problem?
>>39770758
>tfw you don't know what black people smell like
God, I love living in a first world country.

Hey fit, I'm a 190 pound 6'7" turbo hungry skelly lanklet, and I have a seriously long neck. I think I'm supposed to be 6'5" but must have an extra vertebra in my neck or something.
I've been training for a few months, DL's, Squats, Presses and all that. Been keeping a dietary log, and weights are going up.
I started at 175 pounds, I'm now 190.
Anyway, should I be doing neck specific exercises?
Pic related is Pro-Wrestler kevin Nash, he also has a long neck, but it's not as back because of how thick it is. I want mine to look more like that... less like a condor.
>>39770708
rope
Work your traps, delts and do back/front neck bridges. At your height you'll always have a long neck, don't stress about it.
reminder not to skip out on legs
>Sticky says to eat between 2700-3000 calories per day to gain muscle.
>That's a 700-1000 surplus which is bound to cause fat gain as well.

Any of you guys do these Neila Rey workouts? I feel like I've been doing the same stuff for too long, and thought I'd give these a try. The fact that there superhero-themed gives me great motivation, and I'm about to do this Daredevil one, but what do you serious fitness warriors think of these? Are they effective workouts? Would you recommend just doing one or combining two of these charts? Also, how deserving are these workouts of being associated with specific superheroes? This Daredevil one has a lot of punching stuff because Matt Murdock is the son of a boxer, but what the hell does the Storm Trooper exercise have to with Storm Troopers? Probably reading too much into it, but still...
>>39769938
no, i might be autistic but im not retarded
>>39769977
Please explain.
>>39769938
>Are they effective workouts?
depends. if you want to build muscle, this looks like dogshit.
for cardio? may be decent
Why don't Americans cook their meat properly?

>>39769371

Medium rare tastes the best imho.
I'm gonna start lifting for the first time in my life.
Tell me all your mistakes and all the advices you can give me.
Also are machines good? Or should i do only dumbells and weight bars to go straight to the muscle.

mfw I learn that almonds have 21 g of protein in 100g
post other foods people might not know about or your recent findings here
>>39766015
so that's what an activated almond looks like
>>39766015
vegemite is like 60% protein haha
a jar of it is 200g of protein
>>39766015
100g of almonds is nearly 600 calories, not exactly a very efficient source of protein if you're on a cut
hey /fit/, doyou think a limited tobacco consumption hinders your performance and totally fucks up your life?
