Just get up and do something that takes you toward your goals.
Honestly- its the difference between "Oh, it'd be nice to learn a language, eventually" and "Im going to open that website I had bookmarked, and read up on the topic for an hour."
Your problem is that you like the idea of doing something. Things happen TO you; youre not creating change in your surroundings.
If you care, take a small step towards your goal. Just do something, show up to the task, and youll get something done.
Eventually, the habit of showing up snowballs, and you have yourself a skill.
Eliminate passive voice from your thoughts and your life.

I'd measuring macros overrated?

Have been doing so for years and lately I've stopped and gone with my own gut about what/how much to eat.

I'm actually kinda curious about this too. I do know both work but not sure if one is superior. Not full range of motion would put more time in stress on the muscles but full ROM would give it that full stretch that is needed as well. You could always do a month of each and see what works best for your body?

You can still get big from half-assing ego lifts. Steroid help a lot in this case, but you'll see plenty of big guys on Youtube and at the gym who don't use full ROM.

Full ROM and pausing between eccentric and concentric movement is for legitimizing your strength.

I have been cutting for a few months but I still have a belly. I have also been getting really weak lately so I've been lifting less and less weights. Should I keep cutting until I completely lose my belly, or should I start bulking?

I have a bmi of 21 (158 lbs) and a 35 inch waist at 6'1. My stomach looks similar to the guy on the left.

6"1 158lbs I would say bulk. You likely don't have enough lean muscle on your body to see your abs.

Bulk to like 225lbs lift heavy with high volume and a lot of consistency, hit your macro's and thank me later.

So fit, what did you get your girlfriend / partner for Christmas?
I bought my life drainer a few hundred $ of rose gold Pandora, stupid amount of flowers, buckets of marshmallows for that dirty bulking and I printed the Image attached and framed it for her.

What do you think?

Fit related ~ the image attached is me now, and I don't know what I should do next. Should I continue to slowly add weight or dirty bulk to add a lot? My entire lifting life has been to look good.

What's some essential shit for a beginner to keep at home? I can only go to the gym on weekends, and I need something for maintenance during the week.

I bought some dumbells and a pull up bar. Some dude told me to also buy a curl bar, is it worth it?

Lack of physical space is a problem so I can't get anything too fancy.

i have no idea how he gave lectures at UCLA, they guy clearly has difficulty in speaking in front of large amounts of people. i respect him though, it takes an awful lot of discipline to get a PHD let alone balancing it with fitness and a successful modelling career.
