I'm currently bulking on roughly 3300 calories a day and I usually eat around 450 grams of carbs a day.
I often eat around 200 grams of carbs in one sitting for dinner.
Could this have any adverse health effects? I'm not worried about body composition as much as I'm worried about stuff like my blood sugar or risk for diabetes. I imagine doing this could cause a pretty big insulin spike.
My dad is diabetic so I'm a bit worried. Could eating that many carbs at once on regular basis fuck me up down the road?

Is overtraining via resistance training a fucking meme? Have you ever suffered from overtraining?
I was thinking about doing daily farmer's walks but I was concerned about overtraining. But don't laborers essentially do something like daily farmer's walks anyway?

Overtraining is a real thing but so is "starvation mode", but people just misuse both of those terms. If you do 12 hours of heavy squats every day for a week you might overtrain. If you don't eat any calories for a week you might hit starvation mode.
Don't listen to people who said "I didn't take a rest day and went two days in a row, I'm overtrained!" or "I only ate 2000 calories instead of 4000 today, I'm going into starvation mode!"

No drug makes you smart.
Modafinil does increase motivation and concentration, but it isn't anywhere close to the real deal like amphetamine or methylphenidate.
To be honest, I wouldn't invest in either. Unless you have ADD, you don't need those.

How can I be better and transitioning from first pull to full extension?
My coach keeps telling me to be fully locked out at the knees before I begin extending my ankles and pulling with my arms. But it's hard to figure out when and I keep missing the point and extending my ankles why knees are still unlocked.

I do support genocide of manlets but it would take much longer than 15 years. We would need to put everyone into racial groups. White, Black, Asian etc. Every 50 years we could kill the shortest 10% of people in each group. Manlets who volunteered for castration would have lifetime protection.
