Zyzz didn't get me into lifting but had a phase where I thought he had an amazing physique. Once I got bigger and got more confidence I started to think of him and all the Aesthetic Crew fags as selling a dream for little teens that think girls only like guys who are big af. Zyzz wasn't so much like that, but guys now on youtube and shit all have that demographic and they feed into it.

I am 63 kg, and I started doing ss around 2 weeks ago, hopefully it is not troll, anyway, I wonder when it is a good time to start using one of these, or is there a good time to use it? Because I read these should be used when you get really high at weights, but I don't even know what is "high", it should change from person to person and based on their height and weight, right?

there are tons and tons of videos on YouTube that will answer these questions and give you way better information on a weightlifting belt (watch more than one video so you can pick out the information that is consistent aka reliable)
I will say that a belt is important but only for when you are lifting heavy and need extra core support. You, starting out, should NOT be lifting enough weight to be needing that any time soon. Focus on form on all of your lifts. Good youtube vids for that as well.
