Im 5 11 and used to weigh 250 pounds (very high dose of seroquel+weed)

I went on a strict diet (2 light meals and a good dinner) and i walk 2 km a day.

I now weigh 220 pounds and this is my 1st month

I've tried to lose weight before but i always notice that at some point u stop losing weight, what to do?

And should i have a cheat days(meal actually)? Or not since im so obese

How many exercises do you do for one bodypart?
I sometimes can go up to 5-6 and while i do almost always 4 sets. it ends up being like 2 hours of me working my, for example, triceps.

Shit kills me but i dunno if this is optimal.

You should be fine but...

Do you have heart issues? If yes, don't.

If no, start real low. These are 8mg tablets I believe. Taper up, tolerance builds quick.

Never take more than 24mg at a time once your tolerance is up.

Does anyone use one of those alarm clocks with light? They are supposed to wake you up more smoothly. You can basically choose a time between 60 and 5 minutes when the light starts and slowly gets brighter and you can also add a sound to wake you up.

I got one, but it doesn't work that well for me so far. I often wake up earlier due to the light and stay in bed until the sound starts and that feels like using a snooze function, which makes me really tired and lazy.

Same thing here, I never use the snooze function, but the light alarm clock somehow makes me feel like it.

How can I manage my ADHD symptoms without medication? Never been diagnosed but I feel that I have had the full set of symptoms since elementary school. I take adderall every once in a while if I get way behind on work but I hate the way it makes me feel and how time speeds up for 2 days after I take it. I just failed almost all of my classes in my 7th semester of college because my time management, motivation and focus is just not there. I can't even read a god damn paragraph without going over it 2 or 3 times.
