It's incredibly not hard. If you just follow a couple of fashion websites, even a cursory read from time to time will keep you looking trendy. If you're UK based, fashionbeans are really good. I didn't realise it until recently but at the start of a season, companies release "lookbooks" I think they're called and its like, a picture book with models wearing outfits in different social situations. You can just look at them, see if you think it would suit you, click on it and you can order the whole thing, and take it back for free if you don't like it.

How to make them pop? I got tired of training for strength and looking like a balloon so after a year of bulking I'm cutting down as much as I can. What exercises should I do? Cardio/planks/crunches?

What you eat is more important than cardio when cutting.

If your not much of a runner/jogger, walk on the treadmill with a high incline. Gradually increase from 0%-10% incline while walking at 3.5-4.0/mph for 30-45mins daily

Had a question for you guys. Is Planet Fitness really as bad as folks make it out to be? Meaning, would any of you (or do any of you) workout there? The reason I ask is I just accepted a contract position with a consulting firm that will require a long commute in a very high traffic area. What I want to do is leave my house super early and workout somewhere. There is a Planet Fitness literally within a couple of miles of my destination and it's only 10$/mo! Can you actually lift there and exert yourself without getting 'spoken to' or, worse, kicked out?

Most don't have squat racks or allow deadlifts, which is a dealbreaker for me.
