I want to make my own preworkout that does not have caffeine. What should I include ?

Citruline is a precursor to arginine. You dont need both.

his point is, anything that actually works (taurine, coffee, guarana, etc) DOES have caffeine in it.

without caffeine, the effect is as small as say, eating dark chocolate. the other stuff is just for pump, vasodalation, etc.
