Homegym fag, currently lifting because I have nothing else to do on NYE. Feels sad, affects my lifts severely. Anyone else have bad lifts when they are down?
how can you be down, when you have to lift the weights up eventually.

being depressed usually gives me the best lifts. When I struggle in life I thrive in the gym.

This is the fault of the home gym. I just came back from lifting with all my other friends who have nothing else to do. Pretty enjoyable experience

I know the home gym has downsides but all the gyms near me are planet fitness tier. I seriously can make more gains at home.
Every time I've tried them out I did notice I had better and longer work outs due to social pressure. Only good gym near me is like $60 a month +high down payment and they have terrible reviews online of people saying they got over charged and had to shut their checking accounts down to stop getting billed.
