that's literally the one big problem with my face. my sister had one and she looks way better (I'm a guy).

If you do it, go to a talented plastic surgeon like Dr. Rizk. It will cost more than a more general plastic surgeon or a Dr. who you may find locally. He has a background in art (which all plastic surgeons should be required to have) and he actually sculpts the cartilage and opposed to just cutting pieces out/off and stitching the nose back together and hoping it heals well. Just look at his results compared to others. I'm not a shill, I've just done my research.

I work 12 hours a day. No time for anything. Wha's the best way for a skinny busy man to become regular build?

Why the fuck does so much fat build up in my thighs?

I know that I'm overweight, there's no denying that. But why the fuck doesn't my fat spread everywhere as opposed to just my belly and thighs?

I've got a thin-ish face, this arms, and (compared to my fucking thighs) legs.

So what gives? Why aren't I like other fat people and have a bunch of fat around my belly instead of in my thighs?
