No offense to those who make resolutions for new years but it seems pointless to me, youre waiting until a certain time to fix or improve something when you can do anytime you want, yet you wait and most people give up on their resolutions in a few weeks. The New year hype dies down and so does the activity and achievement of the people with resolutions, why not focus on making yourself better everyday?

Bump. How quickly should I be making rep gains for pushups? You should really move onto a harder push-up variation. When I was a kid I'd just do max push-ups Evey morning and evening. Got to 100 in 2 months from a beggining of 30 so I'm not too sure how to train for that.

Help me /fit/ how do i kick running
I am currently 155lbs, i run 4 miles at 10mph every day, and i lift at home usually before. I know running is only hurting me, but if i dont do it i go crazy and seriously believe i am overweight. So it leads to this cycle of little to no gains but i want to get bigger
I used to be 187lbs when i was 13, then i started running and went down to 115lbs when i was 14 (i had no idea what i was doing) so now anytime i dont run i feel like im going to end up
back there even though its illogical.

How do i end this is there a way to do both

Running is generally better for your cardiovascular health than building muscles. Muscles are largely just artifical and aesthetical aspects of a healthy body.

Keep running, gains aren't what matters, just your health. Also, 10mph for 4 miles doesn't sound possible, I hope you're not a troll.
