This year will probably my first time making a concrete "resolution" but what I resolve to do is to improve my combined mental and social health, two things I've been ignoring for far too long. I want to reclaim the sense of humor that I feel like I've lost and shed this shell around me to connect with the people, who either, are already in my life or soon to be in it, on a more personal level.
