I've been doing SS for about 6 months and made some great progress on it but I have stalled twice already. I talked about this to my friend and he told me to drop the SS next time I stall on it and do the pic related routine instead which focuses on weekly progress.

How good is this routine? The purple text is what my friend added to the program. From what I can see from the pdf file the original program name is Candito Linear.

Would this be a good routine for someone that is done with SS or should I do something else?

candito's programs are very very good. but i wouldnt fuck too much with them, all the additions your friend made will have you sitting in the gym for 3 hours on upper body days, its better to keep assistance exercises at 2-3 and cycle them.

Well on SS my time at gym was around 2 hours because I had to rest quite a bit between sets so I don't mind spending 1 more hour in there especially since SS didn't really have much upperbody work.

Ive lost 120 pounds and the biggest mistake i made was doing strictly cardio for the 1st year. I lost weight way too quickly, got stuck with loose skin, and at the end of the year, i was skinnier, but still looked fat, flabby, and weak. I could have gotten a whole year of noob gain weight training, weight loss, and strength base if i had done it the right way.
