If that last one is over your expertise thats cool. I just personally think that with a lot of these "professional meal plans" they all have hard to find and expensive ingrediants.

Premake meals on your days off and fridge/freeze them, saves a lot of time.

Protein Bars, not expensive if you make them yourself, usually oats, whey, peanut butter based.

If calories is your goal then drink lots of milk.

I used to work in retail management and sometimes i would go 10-12+hours without much (if any) of a break. To fit my macros in, I made myself eat huge in the morning when I got up and huge right after work, with protein bars, milk, jerky snacks making up the little time I had in between stuff.

Accept that it's going to suck, and long hours/hectic lifestyle and few breaks means you won't be able to eat the best sources of food some days, but gains are certainly achieveable with a lot of discipline.

If you find yourself struggling spend what little time you have getting a job or position where you have a bit more free time. I was paid very, very well for my previous job but it sucked hard and now I earn a little less doing 9-4/5 and its so much easier to micro manage things like diet with a consistant day.

Mcdonalds is not,a cheap meal. Stop with this meme
