it's the perfect amount of sleep, feel pretty good every day
I also go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even weekends. no snooze button either
used to have a totally fucked sleep schedule. some days I would just be fucked at lifting. don't know if I'm stronger now but at least I'm more consistent

So I've been trying to put some muscle
on my bones, been working out a lot lately
But I was wondering if anyone has experience with supplementing kratom during/after workouts. I stopped working out and takin my proteins due to going back on Kratom for chronic pain. I'm wondering if anyone else takes protein with kratom and if so does it make you feel sick. Also wondering if Kratom would kill or help gains not sure how Kratom effects test and other hormones either.
Any general advice on Kratom and working out would be great.
