It got really annoying because they showed up really late when no one except me would be in the gym. Now I have to go at 3am to get alone time in the gym.
So I'm in an argument with my friend over calories in/ calories out. While we both know that it's not the best for muscle, he claims that you cannot lose weight when eating shitty foods like cake even if you're at a calorie deficit. What do you guys think? Can you eat shit foods but still lose weight as long as you consume less calories than you use daily?

It's mostly because they don't know what they're doing. It would be ok, but they always take more weights than they need to do stupid things like "triple-sets" or to hold them until they actually decide to use them 10 minutes later. They also don't respect other people's time (ie. spending 5 minutes on their phones between each set), and do dumb things like 10 sets of flies because they "saw it on a youtube video where the guy was jacked."

If you exercise and eat right your whole life, then you not only avoid the humiliation of looking like a lazy fat ass, but you can avoid many diseases, you increase your chance of living longer, statistically you have a better chance at making more money and being the boss, it's more likely for both genders to find you physically attractive, it delays or prevents several brain disorders related to aging, there really are no downsides to exercise other than the fact that you have to stop being lazy while you're doing it.
And like shitting in a toilet, you didn't have to do it when you were a little kid. When you were little you could shit in your pants, and you didn't have to workout because your body could deal with whatever you ate. But once your body gets older you have to grow the fuck up. Only immature fat ass fucking retards believe that everyone else is able to live on Watchamacallits and Bon Bons but they don't get fat. If you are a fat fuck you need to know that skinny people are smarter and more mature than you, because they don't sit on their asses being lazy and eating like a 5 year old.

I used to get sick all the fucking time. What helped me was eating a healthy diet, avoiding stress - that gets me sick quicker than anything, alcohol and caffeine consumption for me has to be near zero. I always wake up the net day, even if it's just one glass of wine, feeling wheezy and like I'm getting a cold. Alcohol saps my immunity. Get 7 hours of sleep, drink water throughout your day, and take a daily vitamin C supplement or multivitamin.
Does hanging upside really make you taller? Or will I need literal reconstruction surgery? I am willing to make this sacrifice, and I have the money to do it.
