My progress so far..........

HI guys wanted to share my progress. On a strict diet work out 6 times a week(6 day cardio 30 minutes, 3 days heavy weights). Started TRT 4 months ago. The picture on the right is in August 250lbs. The pic on the left is today. Still working on dropping body fat. My weight has not dropped much. My body fat has gone down 15 lbs on the inbody and gain 12 lbs of muscle. Currently at 235.

No because if we pump you up now you'll eventually feel unmotivated again and end up skipping gym.

Hitting the gym is less about motivation and more about discipline, thats how it was for me.

Think about what it is you want to achieve. Focus on that and if you decide that you really want it then youll find motivation in that.

Keep working at it and keep pushing yourself and eventually it will become part of your daily routine. Once you start seeing/feeling the gains you'll start looking forward to your next workout.

I cheated tonight /fit/. I caved in and ate 1 loaded grilled from Taco Bell. I've been eating good and working out regularly for two weeks. How badly does this set me back :(

Memes aside, you're fine. A little snack every now and then won't hurt you at all in the long run. It looks to be around 400 calories according to myfitnesspal, which might have set you back one day.

Sup /fit/, why do I feel my chest workouts more near my armpits vs my inner and middle chest?
I really only feel my inner chest while doing cable flies. During bench all I feel is near my armpits. What can I do to fix this?

Squat, but make sure you hit your upper body lifts first so you're fresh. You may select one bicep and tricep exercise at the end of your workout and hit it for 2-3 sets of 6-12 reps
