Ok, total noob question here. After trying out a ton of plans, reading the sticky, and working out for a few years I have to know. As a natty lifter, how often do I need to train each body part for max results. I see plans for that go like : Monday chest, Tuesday back, weds legs etc... the. I'll see push pull such as Monday: chest and tri, ties back and bi
And now most recently I am discovering plans for each muscle group 3 times a week but with less volume ex. Push Monday pull Tuesday push push wedsday pull Thursday and repeat.
So which is it? Do I completely destroy a muscle group once a week with high volume or do I work each group out with less volume but more frequently. I am not trying to get competeion body and would rather not train for more than 90 minutes a day.
you're not doing steroids so do full body 3-4 times a week
