glad to see someone giving power cleans some props, when you're done with a set, few exercises make you feel as powerful. for me using dumbbells for rear delts, i just don't care for it, i mainly do rear cable flies, face pulls, and lots of rows for my rear delts. the tension disappears at the top of the movement with dumbbells.

IMO the best full body work out there is, except for maybe Clean and Jerk, which is basically a power clean ending with a push press.

Hi, fraud was no help they just told me to get on with it but I'm worried.

I used to be an IV heroin user. Been clean for 3.5 years now and turned to fitness as my new addiction.

I recently decided to start taking steroids and got hold of some tesosterone 400 from a guy I know from a few years back.

I did my first injection today a couple of hours ago, felt weird as I haven't injected anything in years. But at least I knew how to do it right lol.

Anyway, I'm just a little concerned as heroin always took a few seconds to go in, whereas the test took over a minute, I'm guessing its because oil is thicker?

But my main question is is it supposed to hurt so much? My forearm has been tingling ever since and now is throbbing pretty bad, fingers feel a bit numb like they're being wrapped in rubber bands.

I think I can feel the test kicking in though so I think its good product.

Anyone with experience have any input?

Is waist size alone a good measurement for bodyfat percentage? No access to calipers or such. According to other formulas I'm single digit bodyfat but that is impossible.

I have a bigger waist than that I take size 34 pants in the waist. Although my waist line is slightly larger than that according to tape measurement.

I'm cutting to below 15% bodyfat because I have gyno and can't afford the surgery yet.

Is there only one right width to hold the bar when benching? i feel like a wide grip is easier but less stable and vise versa.

There is a "right" width for you.

Its not the same for everyone, due to limb lengths and such.
Generally it will be somewhere near the smooth rings on a standard barbell, I have my index finger on the rings.

I'm a legit workaholic and just signed my life away for a few more years in this field. I need help and can't really lose any weight even with calorie decrease. I usually spend losing/gaining the same 10lbs each month. I also don't really have the time to lift weights or focus on compound movements as I work 60+ hours a week...
