Don't skip conditioning work if you want to be any good at the sport. Class time is just going to go over technique and give you time to do bagwork. The bulk of your conditioning is going to come from running outside of class.

Clean eating has me more or less constantly constipated.
I usually go out for drinks on Friday or Saturday, I'll shit 5-6 times the following day, then nothing. I'll see my weight stagnate or go up slightly during the week, then lose 2-3kg on shit day.
I eat a portion of veggies lunch and dinner, and oats everyday, so fiber is not the problem. I also drink enough water.

Does she want to be able to bench a lot? If not, just have her do some dumbell presses and cable flies. That'll help accentuate that hourglass look. That would also be enough to probably keep her perkier.
For women especially they usually want a specific kind of body and chest usually isn't a priority, so they just need to do enough to balance out their back so they don't get shoulder issues from a tight back and weak front.
