Anyone else look too young for their age? I'm in my 20s but I look 15. It's a fucking nightmare going out drinking (however rarely) and talking to girls my age is shit because the majority are looking for someone that actually looks their age (like a man). I've been able to survive by learning how to be funny, so I can recommend that to make life more bearable. But my point is, why do I look so young and how do I look older? Is it a testosterone issue? The only helpful resource I've found so far is that baby fat on the face is caused by improper swallowing technique, under-working the cheek muscles leading to a chubby face among a host of other problems.

what I have for breakfast is a shake with 16Oz milk, some applesauce, some orange juice, 1 scoop whey, and 96grams of peanut butter.
