I don't really lift weights for function. Just aesthetics. I do find it helps me on my mountain bike when riding technical sections and/or jumping.

Checking in. Gained 10 lbs since I ran track. Mostly muscle but noticeable fat too. Trying to cut down to 180 but I fuck up every weekend with going out and shit.

This weekend I'm going to do my best to say fuck you to friends so I can have at least one good race and do some summer track too.

so i been banging this dumb slut lately. annoying as fuck and dumb as can be. she's high test though and lets me fuck so whatever

anyway. she's been texting me that she was sick for a few days so i ignored her cause i respect myself enough to not throw myself into a disease for no reason. yesterday she told me she felt much better and wasn't sick at all. so i went over and fucked her brains out

turns out she was still sick as fuck and now i'm probably going to have a cold in a day or two. i'm pretty pissed about this cause she straight up lied and got me sick. i don't even feel like the nut was worth missing a day or two at the gym

what can i do to get rid of this bullshit cold as fast as possible. i've already bought a whole bag or oranges and i'm pretty much always autistically hydrated. what else can i do to kick this shit asap?

I got my testosterone levels checked out of curiosity rather than medical necessity and it came back as

15.5 nmol / 447ng/dl

I'm 29 years old, 6'3. Is that anywhere near enough test to be hitting the gym with? I've lifted on and off for a few years with average results; I look decent flexing in good lighting with a pump but look pretty unspectacular when stood normally. I've always felt short changed in terms of muscle gain but I put it down to insufficient caloric intake at my height. I was eating 4000 kcals a day for a few months and most of it went to my stomach. I eat between 3000 - 3500 a day now and my weight has stabilised at about 177 pounds.

Looking around studies on this, the 'normal' range for male test levels are 348 – 1197 ng/dl but everyone knows how fallacious this may be with the apocryphal 90 year old diabetic transvestite being included in the range. 447 is obviously at the lower end of that range. Is there much difference between 447 ng/dl and, say, 700 ng/dl? What level does a mild test cycle boost one to?

I've pretty much optimised my lifestyle in terms of sleep and diet.

Also, those who have been tested themselves, what were your results and what did you change as a result of them, if at all?
