I've been attempting to get child support for 3 years.
I'm at a lost. I Have a case open but whenever I call them no process has been made and they keep telling me to be patient. I have his name on the birth certificate. My daughter's father is a United State Marine. He's always been a reservist. We're not together but he still likes to see his daughter when he comes into town. It's been a couple months since she has seen him. I don't think he's a bad father but he's definitely not father of the year. He also does not want to go separate ways and cut all contact because I offered that to him before.
I've had people tell me to call his drill sergeant but I feel he couldn't help me since no court order. Also I don't want to look like a crazy baby mama.
I really appreciate any advice.

I relayed a message for a friend to her but I think she got offended by it and now she won't reply to me D: ! I've sent her around 30 other messages to apologise but she isn't replying, what do I do?!?!? Is she in danger? I hope not, she is one of my favourite people :(

Me and myself girlfriend have been together for a year and a half. Out of nowhere she told me she wanted to break up because we were so different, About two days later I told her how much I've changed and begged her to try again. So for about a week we've been hanging out but she's still kinda distant. I always want to ask how we are but I know I shouldn't. She told me today that she just doesn't know if she still loves me as a lover, that's she's trying to see if it will come back...

What do I do? I don't want to lose her....

Is it possible to get a vehicle and an apartment while living in such an expensive area with the "little" savings I have.
I am living in San Diego.. craigslist vehicles seem very overpriced and I am looking to get something reliable for under 5K and apartments.. well they're what I expected (1100-1400 for a studio/1br)..

Just need some advice if anyone has any.

I think I handled this correctly, but I want to make sure.

So I've been talking to this girl for about a month. And two days ago she told me that I'm not opening up to her, and she is, and she feels like a second choice to me. She also told me that we are so different(I'm conservative, she's liberal vegan) and she doesn't know if it'll work. It sounded like there was another guy so I asked her if there was. She said its complicated.

I talked to her in depth that night and she told me it was her ex, and he was having personal problems. She was helping him. I told her to stop talking to him. And I said that I was gonna try and be more open and less shy.

So last night we were face timing, it was going good. Then she tells me she's gonna call me back.

I waited and she never did. Later on that night she texted me and said she wanted I talk and to call her when I got that text.

So I did this morning, and she said her friend came by last night and they were talking. Some of it was about me. So I asked her "Let me take a wild guess, was it your ex?" She said yes.

Let me paraphrase what I told her: "Let me stop you right there, S. I think you need to take some time and figure out what you want because I am not going to be in this game with you and your ex. I really like you, but I know how guys are and I know how exes are. He likes you. And if you are talking to him that means the feelings are still there. So you take time for yourself and get back to me. I'm really trying at this, but we need to be on the same page. And we can't be if your ex is in the picture. How would you like it if my ex came to my house at midnight and told me you weren't good for me? I'm not playing these bullshit games. If there is a you and him, then there will not be a me and you."

Thoughts? What do I do? I really like her.

I dont want to work. I want to stay online all the time.

I did well in school, well in jobs. I am capable of engaging with people and being likeable.

I tried all the real world things and yet I want to be a NEET.

What the fuck do I do? The dude is cool, but man is that fucking dirty. Did I handle it correctly? My other friend said I was too soft on it, and that BF doesn't respect me or my words.

I'm facing eviction and hitting the wall whilst at the same time sitting on a body of artwork that single handedly potentially generated millions for other people in its influence. I can't get this across to my country and even if I could the art world here is totally stitched up and closed off as per usual.

How do I fix all these problems (make a fair money for my art made; get my personal independence back; kick start a new prosperity and interest in new uk artists) and not die first?

And why does this computer keep adding leeters radomly in my typed sentences? :/

There's this extremely docile cat I see around the neighborhood. It's extremely friendly with people, I could just walk up to him and pick him up and he'll let me. He also has a really healthy coat of fur and seems well fed. It's outside almost all the time and it's even been left out overnight. I don't know if he was abandoned or he has negligible owners but regardless, I'm thinking of taking the cat and trying to find him a good home (a family member wants a cat and would give him a great home). I really don't want to see him freeze to death. Are there any legal repercussions that could happen if he is part of a family? I don't want to be arrested for theft if I actually went through with this. I could give less of a shit if the owner's liked me but it's a whole other ballpark if I could go to jail for theft

Note, the reason I am this concerned is because a family just down the road would tie up their dog on the porch overnight and it eventually got hypothermia and died. There's also been a couple of cats abandoned around here before. People around here are shit with their pets

Am I overreacting by feeling bad when....
