People can smell desperation ,you know? And it's a turn off.

You are so desperate for a gf that your whole identity revolves around it. You go to the gym but only for girls. You dress nice but only for girls. All of this is very nice but the real end goal was to give yourself confidence, which will in turn attract women. You don't do it only for the women.

So what the fuck are you without a girl? A girl wants to know that her man is a strong man who isn't clinging onto her.

Ask people out in person and don't act more lovestruck. Act more interested, if you are interested. But don't stare at them or call them 'baby'. Just try and hang out with them more

habe you had a honest talk about your wants and needs? and his? maybe he is awefully uncomfortable "hurting" you. after all, it's counter intuitive to spank and chocke the person you love...
it also goes against everything you've ever been taught. maybe he'a afraid to genuinely hurt you? there are many possible obstacles here that all are far from "he doesn't care about what i want". try to see his side to this too. and hope he is willing to do the same for you. but it seems so since he goes trough with it when asked to.

I'm hesitant to bring up a formal talk because he'll probably feel obliged to give in, and I'd hate to make him act a way he doesn't want to. At the same time, small requests and heavy hints don't work. Do I give up? Is it embedded in his personality to be gentle and not dominant?

I'm a girl and I used to have acne this bad, it was even on my back and shoulders. Go see a dermatologist if you can, and they will hopefully prescribe some antibiotics- sometimes you have to cure it from the inside rather than the outside.
Often, over the counter face wash can do more harm than good, and if you wash your face regularly, you may be washing too much. Your acne already looks like it's starting to heal on its own, which is good. You may have heard some of this before, but make sure you're eating right, staying away from fatty food, and exercising regularly- drink plenty of water too.
Showering every day won't hurt, but in this cold weather, your skin may dry out and crack. Wash your face morning and night with an oil free, sensitive face wash that has no harsh medications (I think eucerin makes a good one for around $10) and make sure to use lotion regularly, light lotion made for your face after washing, and whatever you think you need for the rest of your body.
It will also help to change your pillowcase and bedding every two days

Step 1:

>haircut that prevents greasy hair touching forehead
>eat well
>sleep well
>no alcohol

If no or little improvement (likely)
>see doctor and use meds
