How the fuck did you manage that? Most I managed was 1 litre and from ~660ml in until 12 hours later I was blacked out then spent the next 6 hours alternating between dry heaving and wishing I was dead.

To make it short. I'm taking boxing class again (Mix of Kicknoxing and Mhuay Thay).
I'll have two training session per week. I still want to lift tough even if I won't have much time.
Any idea on the kind of routine I should follow to still get gainz ?
Here's the routine I followed all this previous year. It's a 3 days routine but I doubt that I'll be able to train 5 times during the week (student following day and night classes). But if I have, I will.
