The overwhelming majority over report their caloric intakes. They think they're taking in 3000+ calories when they're actually taking in <= 1600.
There are some cases where a person will have hyperthyroidism or a hyperactive heart that speeds up their entire system, which allows them to burn through calories quickly. It's basically like they have constant adrenaline going or they're on some amphetamine 24/7. However, they can still eat more and gain more weight and they also over report their calories.

So i've been doing SL 5x5 for a little over a month now, and I was reading up on a thread about stronglifts 5x5 and how the volume (5x5) is a little too much to allow smoother, more sustainable progress over the course of 3-6 (or more) months in comparison to 3x5 which would allow smoother progression - this is what i've gathered from the thread, at least.
My question is, would I be better of doing SS with the 3x5 set/rep scheme over SL to milk as much of my linear gains as possible? I'm at a 70kg squat and i've realised that i'm already starting to find it harder to progress because i'm still sore/a little fatigued by the time my next workout comes around, and it's really messing with my progression to the point where i'm having to lift the same weight 2 squat workouts in a row, THEN add weight on the third workout of the week to see progression; this doesn't seem optimal for a beginner like me, and I've accounted this to the 5x5 scheme, I might be wrong here but I think that's the focal point of my very early plateauing.
Any ideas? Should I just switch to SS instead for more sustainable linear progression? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.

Heres a couple of tips for your basic meal prep that isn't a special meal or treat.
If you're bored of rice, add wholegrain english mustard to it. A spoonful mixed into 100g of cooked rice makes it taste 10x better without any significant calories added.
Buy, or make olive oil soaked sundried tomatoes to add into your basic meals. Not a huge calorie increase, but taste awesome and get you that good fat macro filling.
I've been eating this meal for lunch every day for 6 weeks and still am not tired of it.

If you're going enlisted you can't be a pilot, dumb ass. Enlisted can pilot drones and operate drone weapons and optics. CCT or TacP and PJ are the three "operator" AFSC's, that actually go outside the wire and see action. Every other enlisted position is maintenance, security forces, or boring meaningless admin work.
Only job other than pilot that is worth having in the USAF is missile commander and you need to be a company-grade officer for that.
You want to do the dirty work, become a Jarhead.
