How does /fit/ consume 5-6 meals per day? Trying to reduce body fat.
I work an 8 to 5 job and can only manage to eat 4 meals. Are there any nutritious snacks that are considered a small meal which I can consume on the go.

It's fine man. Just don't tie the dog to it and make sure it's nails are clipped.
If the dog isn't afraid of the treadmill, will walk/run on it, and you make it so it's safe in case they fall off, it should be fine. My dog can't even be in the same room if I'm using my parents' elliptical, so I know he wouldn't go near a moving treadmill, but that doesn't mean yours can't.
I got ahold of a couple of dumbbells and weights that I can use for a while.
Can anyone recommend me a dumbell routine for hypertrophy.

If you've really been here for years you should know the basics.
Just do everything you can to hit your full body.
You could do a fullbody thing 3x/week. Or a brosplit. Only thing that matters is effort and consistency.
