Eating fried food all the time is bad for your health, its common sense. I bake my chicken, but I struggle to make it taste as good as fried chicken.

Because when you bake it on a proper tray the fat drips off the meat and you have a leaner piece of chicken. When you fry it the fat and juices stay with the meat and it ends up being fattier overall.
Personally I don't think it makes that much of a difference since I cook skinless breasts, and those are super lean to begin with, but if you were using a fattier cut say thighs for instance, then baking would be the best way to do it.

Where do you think you would be right now in your fitness journey if you had never discovered /fit/?
I honestly believe I would have given it up if I hadn't found this godforsaken website. This site made me realize I was doing a typical brosplit that was 6 days a week, so I switched to SS and made amazing gains. Then that opened up mind to all kinds of fitness stuff like programs, diet, popular fitness people, powerlifting, etc. All cause of this Norwegian nipple piercing forum

For example side-lateral raises: The top is the hardest due to leverage, while the bottom near your hip is the hardest. why don't you do another exercise where you do a side raise. but laying on your side to work the whole muscle in all locations?

This is a chart of deep vs shallow squat and the strength increase. The muscle can get stronger in different locations, training for more locations are crucial to increase strength in all of the ROM, not just were the tension from elverage is highest.

Next time you go out try to make your behavior such that people associate you and your height with something desirable or positive.
