How do increase the amount im able to do? I have been stuck on like 10~ for a year, i do workout every other day for like 20mins and do chin ups / pull ups every other day? I also lost like 15kg in last year, but i reached the 10 pull ups in like few months and wasnt able to do more of them.

Don't gain muscle as easily, more tired/less energy, get erection less often/not as hard.. etc etc..

I did and yes it did improve my lifts (aushwitz mode -> 100kg squat) but honestly why not just take things a little slower and get the same results with less fat and less burn ring from shitting 6 times a day.

Corporate fags, how do you find the time to balance going to the gym and working a full time 9-5 5 day a week job?
And if so, what time in the day do you work out? And how many hours of sleep do you get every night?
just go to the gym after work, faggot. those hours are easy. i work 12.5 hour shifts (2 day then 2 night) and still manage to do it in between them.
Not coperate but i work labor 7-4 5 days a week and i just go home, eat dinner, rest for a couple hours and then go to the gym. sleep 6-7 hours (to little im working on it)
Wake up at 5, and slam back as much coffee as I can and head to the gym at 5:30. My workouts normally last ~1 hour so. Get back home and ready to have breakfast by 7, then I catch the train to work. I normally get 6-7 hours of sleep a night.

So here's a typical push/pull split. I love these routines but there's two problems.
1. Bench and press on the same day takes its toll on the shoulders.
2. All that pulling on workout B makes it hard to grip anything on the last few exercises.
So why not switch the bench and row? Or the do pull assistance work on the push workout (and vice versa).
Anyone got a routine that follows a similar pattern?
Yeah I've never understood the benefit of hammering all the similar muscles on one day.
