Yes but the shit you posted is slathered in cheese and cream, which is unhealthy. Putting a bunch of fat and animal products onto everything is so accepted and common that people are literally unable to even consider the possibility to eat something without fat on it. PASTA is healthy because it's carbs, PASTA DISHES are usually unhealthy because people load them with fat, oil and grease.

What did you eat today?

Today I broke diet because it was a friend of mine's birthday. It was sushi (3 rolls+a couple pieces of tempura veggies) and then about 3/4 cup of ice cream +~850 calories from my normal diet earlier in the day. In the morning woke up at 163.4, now weigh 165.6 after just finishing up my workout and downing my creatine. Gonna see what I weigh in the morning but seriously, that sucked. Especially cause I'm trying to cut right now before doing a clean bulk starting in december. Oh well. Tomorrow I'll cardio and try to go to my local boxing gym and cut a little harder for one day (not that it'll change much except make me feel better).

PLEASE. Help? Quick questions bout opiates.

So fortunately ive only been on opiates for 3 weeks in a row (like 15-20 days give or take, out of these 3 weeks MAYBE 4 WEEKS.. 3 days i think i didnt do opiates ). My question is, how bad will withdrawal be ? I know a bunch of factors come into play most significant ones being what were you taking and what dosage (fake oxy 80s, is what I was doing which is basically fentanly, started with dilaudid, idk what to say bout dosage i guess i didnt get too crazy, worst i got with the dilaud 8 mg was one a day) I have experience with opiates prior to this but I never did them enough days in a row to reach withdrawal mode.. lets pretend that i only ever did opiates these 20 days, because the time i did before dont really matter.

My tolerance significantly increased in thse 20 days.HOW would the withdrawal compare to say... someone whos bein doin heavy opiates for a year?Piece of cake? Thats my FIRST question.. How bad wil the withdrawal be ?

SECOND question, is tapering off an actual THING, is it real ??Lets assume for sake of argument you have total control over your self, could you theoretically taper off and have very minor withdrawal symptoms, after all thats the point of tapering right? If I do this, I am going to taper asap, and do the smallest amount of lines possible required to diminish symptoms.. not to get high

I am glad I caught this early and decided to get out before its too late, il be honest im still a little scared bout the withdrawal, any advice/info would help. I already know about Imodium, im not looking for what other drugs/substances to take to ease withdrawal. If you could please just focus on my two questions i would appreciate it highly

8mg dilaudid is like 20-30mg oxy. You'll have some withdrawal but 20 days isn't much. Tapering is totally real and at your level it should be no problem. At about one third of where you are (so 2mg dilaudid a day) you can probably quit without no real symptoms at all.

W/D after years... It's one of the worst experiences ever. The only way to do it imo is to take tons of benzos and try to sleep as much off. Short acting ones like midazolam are good since they don't build up much dependency. The w/D pain can be so acute, like a knife. Also you'll be a one pump chump for a few weeks. But probably not from 20d use.

We have an abdominal crunch machine like this in my gym.

This is seated literally in front of the TV so I can be a lazy fat fuck and sit there using it, instead of struggling around on the a mat doing planks and shit.

Are there any downsides? Can it replace other ab exercises?

I'm considering giving up fellas.

I think I'm just not made for this shit, I want to fucking cry. I've been lifting for a few months, made gains I was happy with in strength...

But now something keeps going wrong. I have a lot of shoulder pain in my right shoulder and I've workedon rotator cuff exercises thinking it'd go away. It's still just as bad, it's been like this since when I started. I'm getting really worried now, it really hurts and I'm scared ill need surgery, that's good bye literally any my (few) gains.

Secondly the inside of my right knee is starting to hurt at times which is weird because I can walk and squat fine but sometimes it just gets really painful.


Lastly my strength varies tremendously. A week ago I deadlifted 220x5 now Im struggling on 185x5 for the last week. I don't get it, what the fuck

I'm just so close to giving up. I want to make it, I really do but something keeps going wrong. My shoulder is killing me and nothing seemed to have helped, it's probably a serious problem or surgery and jm scared since that's a long time out of the gym

Did every shoulder rehab exercise I could find on the internet. Didn't help.

It hurts even when I'm not lifting, just randomly but seems to get worse eith lifting. Idk what's causing it though, makes no sense.
