I just got casted into a role, last time I played it, I was 40 pounds lighter. I know there are healthy, sustainable ways to lose weight, but I'm looking for something that will work as quickly as possible for the next 6 weeks, doesn't matter what it is, barring it doesn't kill me.

Oh and look up a PSMF and listen to what Lyle Mcdonald has to say on losing weight. Since you're probably female I suggest you look on youtube for his videos regarding weight loss for women.

MAJOR caloric deficit, exercise, be super careful with what to eat to make sure you're getting enough nutrients while starving yourself so you just spend six weeks living the terminal wasting disease experience without getting scurvy or beriberi or whatever as well. Talk to somebody who's an expert about this because taking advice solely from from unqualified scrubs on the internet on how best to do the most unhealthy kind of dieting is a recipe for a bad time.
Apparently "The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook" is a good source but I can't speak for it personally.
