I'm almost certain it's the soy m8. Sure, not everyone who drinks soy will get gyno but some people may be more sensitive (like you) to it than others. Maybe your estrogen is already fairly high and the soy is pushing it over the edge. Id cut out the soy completely and see if it stops/gets better.
Also try not to touch them to often. Stimulation can make it worse.
