I've been in Keto for the last two months, only came out once, and within the last week or so I've been completely devoid of energy. It's really off putting for and has me feeling really down and unmotivated, and it's rough when I go to the gym and can't even run 3km or lift anywhere near my regular lifts.
Is there something wrong with me? Should I come out of keto again or alter my diet or something?

Hey /fit/ i'm going to do it this time, i'm losing weight, i don't want to be overweight and die in a KFC parking lot like my aunt did, but my only problem is the craving, i doubled my water intake and cut back on salty foods(fast foods mainly) and lowered my portion sizes of what ever i do eat, I wanted to ask you how do i curb the craving, or do i need to out will my dangerously expansive stomach?

Do people stare at you in the gym? As soon as I walk into the weight room, literally half the people are looking at me. In the mirror, I catch guys and girls staring at me. The girls are a problem because most of them have boyfriends who also work out there and they have been starting to give me some bad looks. Today, this guys gf was staring at me in the mirror, I quickly looked away. Then the meathead starts getting really close to me during his workout, obviously trying to intimidate me.
Does anyone else have this problem?

It's ok, but definitely work on flexibility to be able to reach a deeper loaded position.
Try taking your shoes off also, it actually looks like you might be tipping forward slightly which would impede bar path at best and cause you to fall at worst.

You gotta get the bar over the centre line of your feet and your also going to have to lower your hips so that your shoulders are in line with the bar. Make sure you are tight before you begin the pull.

Whenever I pee, I can never fully empty my bladder, and I usually end up leaking a little bit of urine into my boxers after I leave the bathroom. I've had this problem for about 4 years and I have no idea what's causing it or how to fix it. I even went to a urologist, but he said I was perfectly healthy. I think this might've been caused by excessive masturbating and edging. But I tried NoFap for 3 weeks and it didn't help.
Has anyone else had this problem before? If so, how did you fix it?

For a lot of people it's not as potent as it's made out to be and they start taking stupid doses, then when they stop altogether complain about withdrawals
Imo it does what it's supposed to, in low doses comparable to 1-2 beers but lasting longer, but if you have actual anxiety it's not great and you can't use it to self-medicate because of "addiction potential" (need at least as many off as on days, 3/week tops)

Depends on your mobility. They give you heel lift so you can squat lower more comfortably and provide a stable base. If you have good mobility and lower leg stability then they are not needed for proper squatting. If you do Olympic lifts they are a necessity to do safely and properly.
