After some time at the gym, I've come to notice a distinct abundance of kettlebells. Is there some sort of secret kettlebell gains club I'm missing out on?
Should I always be carrying an emergency kettlebell?
It seems like everything people are doing at my gym incorporates kettlebells in some way, to the point where I was basically surrounded by people swinging kettlebells

Why can't I hit lmao2plate bench? The best I've ever done is 205 for 1 and that was an ugly grind. It's a lot weaker than all of my other lifts.

I've played hockey since I was a kid and I played in high school and club hockey in college so I'm not surprised that my leg strength is way better than my upper body strength.
But that doesn't explain why my OHP is better than my bench too.
How to improve? What programming do you guys use to bench bigger?

A lot of it is figuring out the form and really really focusing on nailing that down every time you bench.
I recommend CGBP and some kind of shoulder press, I like Zydrunas press for shoulder and tricep development. It is also crucial to bench as often as possible, like 3 times a week at the least.
